Hourly Rates for Drop-Off Service

Diagnostic Fee - $39.00

Drop-Off Rate - $75.00

There is no minimum charge for drop-off service, so you pay only for the time it takes to repair your computer.  Our diagnostic fee is $39 and, if you approve the recommended repair, the diagnotic fee is waived.

Hourly Rates for On-Site Service

Home Users - $85.00

Business Users - $95.00

Our on-site rates carry a 1-hour minimum charge.  Any work performed beyond the first hour is prorated in 15 minute increments.

All-Day Rate

Need help for a day-long project?  Reserve one of our skilled technicians all day for $550, a savings of over $200!

Entering into a service agreement with PC Fixer offers both optimally performing computers and peace of mind.  As a Service Contract subscriber, you will guarantee  regular maintenance on all of your computers as well as access to affordable emergency service, if needed.
